David Klein, far left, is from Louisville and is currently undergoing a transplant at M. D. Anderson for leukemia. Next to him is Gerald Sinkfield who is from Tennessee. Gerald and Meghan underwent transplants at the same time in Seattle and where found cancer free at one year. Gerald and his wife Stephanie came to Louisville to walk in the Leukemia & Lymphoma's Light the Night walk in October for David and those like him.

Before Meghan left Seattle following her one year checkup she visited the Children's Hospital to see the children fighting cancer. She met Catalina, a beautiful 14 year old, who Meghan quickly adopted as her new sister. Catalina, after Meghan's visit, was put into intensive care from complications. Meghan asked all on Meghan's Mountain to pray. Today Catalina is out of intensive care and, while still climbing her mountain, will be smiling as she receives Christmas presents from those on Meghan's Mountain. For Catalina, for all the children, we shall never stop reaching for a cure.

Kristin Pullen

Kristin, age 19, was a freshman at Bellarmine University when she was diagnosed with leukemia. Having undergone one round of chemo, she is now at Kosair Children's Hospital undergoing her consolidation therapy. We pray for her speedy recovery with lot's of love.
