Meghan, still in her first year of her transplant, surrounded by Team in Training members of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, crossed the finish line of the 2006 Ky Derby Mini-Marathon on behalf of all cancer patients fighting to reach their mountaintop. Meghan wanted them to know that if you believe all things are possible.
